Details of Our Delivery Service

  1. Delivery Timelines:
    • We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days, irrespective of the location.
    • Delays may occur only in exceptional cases like adverse weather conditions, government-imposed restrictions, or courier issues.
    • Customers will be notified of any such delays through the contact details provided during order placement.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • COD is available as a payment option. However, we request you ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and make the payment at the specified address.
  3. Order Tracking:
    • Real-time tracking updates will be provided for your convenience.
    • If your package status shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, contact us immediately. We will request Proof of Delivery (POD) from the courier company, which may take 4–5 business days to verify.
  4. Delivery Issues:
    • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or failure to respond, the package may be returned to our facility.
    • In such cases, we will arrange reshipping once the correct details are shared, and a small reshipping fee may apply.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellation:
    • If you cancel an order for any reason before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
    • For COD orders, no cancellation charges apply if the order is canceled prior to dispatch.
  • Refund Due to Delays:
    • While we make every effort to deliver within 7 days, delays due to uncontrollable factors do not qualify for refunds. If there’s a specific concern, reach out to our support team for assistance.

Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Tampered Packages:
    • If the exterior packaging appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, do not accept the package. Instead, notify us immediately with photographs of the package.
    • We will arrange for a replacement once the issue is verified.
  2. Incorrect Product Delivered:
    • In case you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photographs of the product and order details to initiate a replacement or refund.
  3. Damaged Product Inside the Packaging:
    • If the product inside is damaged, even though the external packaging is intact, please share an unboxing video as proof to initiate a replacement.

Handling Delivery Exceptions

  • If delivery cannot be completed and the package is returned to us:
    • You will be required to provide an alternate delivery address along with updated contact details.
    • A reshipping fee will apply based on the package’s weight and location.
  • Non-Response for Returned Shipments:
    • If no reshipping instructions are provided within 30 days, the package will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
